**Job Description - Primary English Teacher**

**Position**: Primary English Teacher
**Location**: VIBHA SCHOOL, KISTAPUR,MEDCHAL.
**Department**: Primary Section

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive English lessons that cater to the needs of primary school students.
- Focus on building students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills with proper pronunciation and fluency.
- Encourage creativity, critical thinking, and confidence in communication among students.
- Develop age-appropriate learning materials and activities that make English learning enjoyable.
- Assess, record, and report on students’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain classroom discipline, a positive learning atmosphere, and a child-friendly approach.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure holistic development of students.
- Participate actively in school events, training programs, and academic initiatives.

**Required Skills & Competencies**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Clear and fluent accent with strong pronunciation.
- Strong classroom management and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage young learners through innovative teaching methods.
- Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for teaching children.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English / Education or relevant field (B.Ed. preferred).
- Prior teaching experience at the primary level is desirable.
- Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and digital learning tools will be an added advantage.
