We are looking for a proactive, results-oriented Digital Marketing & Business Development Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support C-level executives and play a key part in driving the company’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives and business development efforts.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented individual with 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, business development, or related fields. As a Digital Marketing & Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, overseeing website management, and coordinating projects that align with company objectives. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and the Business Development team to help drive growth and innovation.

Job Requirements:

- Experience: 2-3 years in business development, marketing, or related fields, with a focus on digital marketing and project coordination.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of social media strategy, content creation, and performance metrics.
- Experience with website management, SEO optimization, and content updates.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and reporting on website performance.
- Ability to develop integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
- Solid knowledge of industry trends and market research techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Basic graphic design skills and familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar (a plus).

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support C-level executives, especially the business owner, with strategic initiatives, communication, and project coordination to align with business goals.
- Create and manage social media strategies, content, schedules, and performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Design marketing materials (brochures, presentations, multimedia) to effectively communicate product benefits.
- Manage website content updates, design improvements, and implement SEO strategies.
- Utilize Google Analytics to monitor website traffic, user behavior, and conversions, refining marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing and business development activities align with company objectives.
- Stay informed on industry trends and conduct market research to uncover new business development opportunities.
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and traditional channels to support sales.
- Track marketing performance, generate reports, and offer data-driven insights for optimization.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building to expand customer base and revenue.

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
