Position: Architect

Location: New Delhi

**Salary**: Rs. 25,000 - Rs. 40,000/
- Roles and Responsibility:
1. Meeting with clients and determining their needs and requirements.
2. Managing design projects from concept development through to completion
3. Developing and presenting project proposals.
4. Adjusting designs and plans to meet the client’s needs.
5. Preparing drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
6. Conducting research and compiling reports on feasibility and environmental impact.
7. Complying with safety standards and local planning regulations.
8. Determining and adhering to budgets and timelines.
9. Managing project teams and collaborating with other construction professionals.

Qualification:
1. Degree in Architecture or a related field
2. Previous experience as an Architect preferred
3. Excellent technical drawing skills
4. Strong communication and project management skills
5. Knowledge of Microsoft office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Revit,

SketchUp, etc
6. Good interpersonal and presentation skills
7. Knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards
8. Strong creative and visualization skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,966.58 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
