**Position : Trainer - Karmann Training - Special Educator**

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:

- Planning and executing sessions.
- Maintaining records of the students of the relevant group.
- Maintaining progress records.
- Adding innovative methods of training.
- Ensuring students work independently and increase pace of production.
- Ensuring quality of products produced.
- Ensuring product efficiency and reduction in wastage.
- Enhancement of the program.
- Working in sync with the team (Manager, Co-ordinator and Counsellor, etc.)
- Conducting parent meetings at regular intervals.
- Conducting assessments of new students. Planning and executing sessions.

**Education and Experience Requirement**:

- Bachelors degree in special education
- Minimum 2 years work experience of people with disabilities

**Skills Requirement**:

- Creative skills of working with people with severe disabilities
- Ability to adapt and work according to the skills of different students
- Can handle stressful situations and come up with effective solutions
- Good communications skills
- Cooperative and enthusiastic team member
- Patient and flexible
