**Job Title**: Telecaller
**Location**: Noida, Sector 63
**Experience**: Minimum 6 months in BPO

**Salary: 10k to 20k**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services
- Respond to inbound calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in the CRM system
- Follow up on leads and appointments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management
- Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues if necessary
- Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 6 months experience in BPO telecalling or customer service
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and/or Hindi
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Good computer knowledge and ability to use CRM tools
- Positive attitude, patience, and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**Educational Qualification**:

- Minimum 10+2 or equivalent; graduation is a plus

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
