
Social Media Strategist

**Roles & responsibilities**:
- Stay up-to-date with the current technologies and trends in social media, apps, and design tools.
- Research on current social media trends and preferences.
- Design social media strategy and implement the same.
- Create, edit, publish, & share engaging content on social media channels (text, photos, videos, news, etc.)
- Collaborate with other teams for brand consistency.
- Monitor customer reviews, communicate with followers and respond timely to their queries.
- Manage social media accounts and suggest/ implement new features to develop brand awareness.
- Manage all digital campaigns, from ideation to media planning to optimization and performance analysis
- Manage all efforts and goals on digital paid media: SEM, Display, Paid Social, etc.
- Drive digital marketing efficiencies and reach through continuous communication testing (a/b), innovation using different platforms and new products/formats, active co-creation and planning with Google/FB/others as a partner.
**Requirements**:
- 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in Paid advertising, mainly Facebook Ads.
- Prior experience in E-commerce preferred with a specialization in Marketing
- Experience in handling large-scale campaign planning, optimization for both performance and brand impact.
- Understanding of the e-commerce industry, competitive landscape
- Demonstrated ability in executing results, with strong attention to detail
- Consumer-centric mindset and ability to think strategically and tactically
- Quick learner and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year
