**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Safety First**:

- Conduct regular and comprehensive safety inspections of the construction site to identify and eliminate potential hazards.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols by the construction team and subcontractors.
- Educate site workers on construction safety procedures and accident protocol, fostering a culture of safety awareness.
- Enforce site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.
- Handle site accidents calmly and efficiently, following established procedures to ensure proper care and reporting.
- **Leadership and Supervision**:

- Supervise and instruct the construction team, as well as subcontractors, providing clear direction and ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
- Maintain accurate records of construction employee attendance for payroll and project management purposes.
- Evaluate the performance of construction employees, offering constructive feedback and instituting disciplinary measures when necessary.
- **Quality and Efficiency**:

- Analyze construction drawings and specifications to ensure projects meet design, safety, and budget requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and taking corrective action promptly.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve efficiency in construction operations and procedures, fostering a results-oriented mindset.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or a related field a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil construction site supervision.
- Strong understanding of civil construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple demands simultaneously.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans.
- A valid driver's license is required.

Pay: ₹11,254.14 - ₹30,778.62 per month
