- Sound knowledge of Testing concepts and terminologies
- Familiar with SDLC Models and Defect Lifecycle
- Develop, maintain, document, and execute all test plans, test cases, test scenarios and test
- scripts as required by the project
- Identify, document and track software defects
- Hands on with automation testing and API testing
- Salesforce and mobile app testing - good to have
- Experience of any programming language like VB and/or any QA tool is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested
- Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested
- Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing
- Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities
- Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect
- Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fidefects
- Automate test suites and regression packs
