**Data Entry - Immediate Joiner**
**Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately enter and update sales data into the company’s CRM and other databases.
- Manage and maintain customer information, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist the sales team with data management, including generating reports and analyzing sales trends.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support their efforts in achieving sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and track sales metrics, providing regular updates to the sales manager.
- Identify and rectify data entry errors, ensuring data integrity.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive sales and customer information.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as needed to support the sales team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably within a sales environment.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
