**Key Responsibilities**:

- Count and record inventory levels on a daily basis
- Receive, inspect, and label incoming stock
- Organize and maintain stock in a designated area to ensure easy retrieval
- Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels to support production needs
- Prepare and submit requirement to the purchase team.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure optimal stock level
- Keep accurate records of all stock movements and inventory transactions
- Assist in physical inventory counts and regular audits
- Communicate with management about stock levels, potential stock shortages, and any issues that may affect production

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Store Assistant or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
