We are looking for a **Graduate with 5 years of minimum experience in export import.**

Designation - **Export Import Exective**
- All matters related to Customs, DGFT and other related Govt./non Govt. agencies
- Liaison with ECGC.
- Liaison with customs
- Thorough Knowledge of Import Procedure and documentation
- Sound knowledge of classification of goods as per ITC HSN Classification, ability of analyse the product feature and enable to classify the products independently.
- Able to read, interpret, conceptualise and implement the notifications, circulars and public notices issued by customs/excise and various other Govt. Agencies.
- Sound knowledge of Customs clearance of Air and Sea shipments.
- Import data maintenance and entries in SAP, Data preparation by Govt. agencies.
- Making the duty requests and arranging the duty in coordination with Finance
- Coordination with Shipping lines/Airlines, CHA, freight forwarder, transporters and allied business associates
- Maintenance of Import records up to the statutory period
- Daily Status Report (DSR)/Delivery Exception Report (DER) updation and circulation
- Vendor Invoice verification, entries in SAP and bill passing
- Knowledge of Export procedure and documentation
- Other functional aspects related to International trade
- Strong knowledge and experience of Excel/SAP and Power point.
- Ensure timely processing of export and import shipments
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure vessel transaction payments are made and collected on time
- Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations
- Continue education and ongoing review of industry requirements

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
