**POSITION PURPOSE**:
The CIB ITO CTO Office is focused on development and deployment of robust governance for all internal and external third-party services globally. CIB ITO CTO Office, Third Party Assurance Lead's responsibilities includes but not limited to:
**Responsibilities**

**DIRECT RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Work with Performance & Efficiency team to develop data referential centrally for CIB ITO I&P third parties.
- Collaborate with CIB TPRM ISPL SSC and TP-TRM (CCCO) to ensure risk assessments are conducted as per standard process.
- Prepare/assist contract owners in Arrangements input/updates in Risk360.
- Ensure third party process gaps, issues are reported, tracked, and remediated in timely manner.
- Organize a quarterly review as part of the governance on IT sourcing and ensure relevant KPI and highlights are reported in the governance meetings.
- Foster knowledge sharing, develop and administer educational series around outsourcing risks, regulations, and governance to Global Domain Heads.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of periodic service review meetings for critical third parties. In relation with contract owners: Ensure regular meetings are conducted with vendors in line with procedures. Ensure supports and minutes are properly available for audit trail. Escalate to governance any observed issue.
- Establish & run robust operational processes with eye for detail.
