**Job Summary**:
The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service to ensure guests enjoy a memorable dining experience. This includes greeting guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area. The Waiter acts as the face of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of service, hospitality, and professionalism.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests courteously and promptly.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and drinks efficiently, ensuring correct items reach the correct tables.
- Check on guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints or feedback professionally and promptly report to the Captain or Manager if necessary.
- Prepare tables for service — including setting up linens, silverware, and glassware.
- Clear and reset tables quickly after guests leave.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the dining area and service stations.
- Process bills accurately and handle cash or card payments.
- Follow all restaurant hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards.
- Assist colleagues and support team operations during busy shifts.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress or in customer service preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent personal grooming and presentation.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
