**Role Description**

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare export packing list, invoice and banking documents.
- Submit export documents to bank.
- Keep track of debit / credit notes to settle with customers.
- Prepare export tax invoice.
- Prepare shipping documents like S/B, B/L, check list etc.
- Claim incentives like MEIS, Duty Drawback etc.
- Reconcile purchase invoices with goods shipped and rejected.
- Graduate in Commerce / Course in Export Documentation from a reputed institution.
- Excel Skills Tested in Interview: DATA FILTER, DATA SORT, VLOOKUP, PIVOT TABLE
- At least 3 years of experience as an Exports Executive.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹30,000.00 per month
