Prt Teacher

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Curriculum Delivery**: Plan, prepare, and deliver instructional activities that facilitate active learning experiences and adhere to the school’s curriculum standards.
- **Classroom Management**: Establish and enforce rules for behavior, and maintain order among students to create a positive and safe learning environment.
- **Instructional Techniques**: Use a variety of teaching methods and instructional materials to meet the needs of all students, including differentiated instruction for diverse learners.
- **Assessment**: Assess students’ progress through observations, assignments, tests, and other assessments. Provide regular feedback to students and parents.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and complete records of students' progress and development, and prepare required reports on students and activities.
- **Parent Communication**: Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to discuss their child’s progress, address concerns, and build positive relationships.
- **Professional Development**: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices and enhance teaching skills.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and administration to improve student outcomes and school programs.
- **Extracurricular Activities**: Support and participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. A teaching credential or certification in primary education is required.
- **Experience**: Minimum of [Insert Number] years of teaching experience at the primary level is preferred.
- **Knowledge**: Strong understanding of child development, pedagogical theories, and instructional strategies for primary education.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
