**Hiring Structural Design Engineer**

**Avenue Supermarts Limited (DMart)**:
Avenue Supermarts Limited, is a two-decade old company and is into retail business. Avenue Supermarts Limited operates one of the leading and popular supermarket chains under the brand name “DMart” and has currently 324 stores operational in 12 States of India. The corporate office of Avenue Supermarts Limited is in Thane, Maharashtra.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Checking Correctness of Structural Drawings as per Architectural Design.
- Review designs submitted by the structural consultant for any errors and rectification of the same through them.
- Design co-ordination with external consultant must.
- Should have thorough knowledge of good construction practices & construction materials.
- \- Experience in estimation must with analytical knowledge on quantity verifications as per design changes.
- Shall be well versed with Tender preparation
- Ensure timely MIS / MSP Reports
- Shall be responsible to co-ordinate with all internal dept. viz Execution, MEP, Commercial, liaison, for timely deliverables.
- Shall co-ordinate with External Architects, Structural consultants or any other consultant to ensure Dmart specifications are met.
- Wherever required shall co-ordinate with Developers to ensure Dmart specifications are explained & adhered to by the developer.
- Knowledge of IS Codes & all design relevant standards.

Knowledge of Tenders, BOQ & Working Drawings.
Should have complete design of at least one commercial building, independent

Experience : 7 to 10 Years

Educational Qualification : BE/Btech in Civil

Location : Thane West

Salary Range : 9,00,000 to 14,00,000 LPA

Schedule:
