We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth for our organization. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and nurturing existing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Prospect and qualify new leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking events, and referrals.

2. Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and preferences.

3. Present product/service offerings to potential clients in a compelling and persuasive manner.

4. Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

5. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

9. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required.

10. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences to enhance knowledge and skills.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.

2. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and quotas.

3. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.

4. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

5. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

6. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

8. Willingness to travel as needed.

9. Positive attitude, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.

Pay: ₹8,176.47 - ₹29,960.35 per month
