**Qualifications and relevant experience**:

- 1-4 years of experience in pharmacovigilance particularly in safety report processing and review-ICSR or literature review.
- Graduated in pharmacy, dental, nursing or life sciences.

**Skills and competency requirements**:

- Acumen to retrieve safety information from reports.
- Responsible for data entry of Individual case safety reports into the safety database.
- Review safety data entered in safety database for completeness and accuracy with respect to seriousness, event coding, labelling and causality of the adverse events.
- Hands on experience working in safety database, literature search engine like Embase or Pubmed.
- Knowledge about regulations, guidelines on safety of drugs, medical devices, vaccines or biological products.
- Capable to support in stringent timelines to prepare safety reports.

**Work Profile**
- Code adverse events and assess seriousness, labelling and causality of adverse events.
- Draft narrative for the safety reports
- Screen and review literature articles (abstract and full text article).
- Provide seriousness, labelling and coding to reported adverse events.
- Follow-up with reporters for comprehensive safety information.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
