Optometry Facilitator

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Studying the material which needs to be taught.
- Train the young students by using technology.
- Take Lectures as per the scheduled format and within the given timeline.
- Regularly mentoring your students.
- Conducting examinations and distribution of results.
- Collecting doubts and addressing them.
- Organizing extracurricular activities.
- Report and document student progress.
- Work with the team on any other assigned task from time to time.

**Technical Skills Required**:

- Knowledge of eye anatomy, vision science, and refraction techniques.
- Understanding of common eye disorders, diseases, and basic ophthalmic procedures.
- Proficiency in using optometry instruments such as slit lamp, retinoscope, trial lens set, autorefractor, etc.
- Ability to teach visual acuity testing, lens dispensing, and patient handling.
- Awareness of clinical protocols related to optometric practice and patient safety.

**The Successful Applicant**:
The facilitators will be primarily responsible for disseminating life skills and motivation to the students with relevant technical knowledge. We want people who:

- **B.Sc. Optometry**with 1 year experience **of clinical or teaching experience**.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
