Junior Architect

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in developing architectural designs from concept to execution.
- Prepare 2D drawings, 3D models, presentation materials, and working drawings.
- Support in site analysis, planning, and layout design.
- Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other team members.
- Participate in client meetings and incorporate feedback into design revisions.
- Conduct research on materials, codes, and design trends.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant regulations and project requirements.
- Visit project sites for supervision and design validation.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
- 0-2 years of professional experience (freshers with strong portfolios may apply).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of architectural codes and standards.
- Strong visualization and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
