**Job Title**: PCPNDT

**Location**: Urapakkam

**Reports to**: Operation Head

**Job Purpose**

**Key Responsibilities**

Ensure full implementation of the PCPNDT Act and associated rules within the hospital.

Maintain and update all mandatory registers, including Form F, monthly reports, and equipment logs.

Coordinate with radiologists, sonologists, and OBGYN staff to ensure Form F is duly filled, signed, and preserved for each scan.

File monthly reports to the District Appropriate Authority before the 5th of every month.

Assist in licensing and renewal processes for ultrasound machines and scanning centres.

Ensure proper display of boards/notices as per the Act, including:
“Sex determination is a punishable offense”

Registration certificate of ultrasound machines

Cooperate with authorities during inspections, audits, or surprise visits by government officials.

Train new staff on PCPNDT requirements and provide regular refresher sessions.

Report any suspected violations to the appropriate authority and management.

Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information as per legal norms.

**Qualifications**

Graduate in any stream; medical or legal background preferred.

Certification or training in PCPNDT Act compliance is a plus.

Familiarity with hospital operations and medical documentation.

**Skills & Competencies**

Strong knowledge of the PCPNDT Act and legal reporting requirements.

Excellent record-keeping and attention to detail.

Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across departments.

Ethical, responsible, and legally aware mindset.

**Experience**

Minimum 1-2 years in healthcare compliance or administrative roles.

Experience handling PCPNDT documentation or audits is desirable.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
