**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute structured lessons tailored to the aviation industry.
- Conduct mock interviews and group discussions to prepare students for real-world scenarios.
- Monitor student progress and provide regular updates to the management.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in communication training and implement innovative techniques.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in English, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in teaching spoken English and communication skills.
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with young adults.
- A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Aviation industry experience or prior training experience is a plus.
