**Job Summary**:
This is a great opportunity for recent graduates to kickstart their careers in a hands-on manufacturing environment with ample scope to learn, grow, and develop technical and leadership skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Understand stainless steel manufacturing processes and assist in process improvements.
- Coordinate with machine operators, QC team, and maintenance team for smooth operations.
- Report any deviations, breakdowns, or inefficiencies to the production manager.
- Maintain documentation related to production output and daily reports.

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- Qualification:

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers)
- OR Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers)
- Experience:

- 0 to 1 year in a manufacturing setup is an added advantage.
- Strong interest in production supervision and mechanical processes.
- Willingness to work in a shop-floor environment and in shifts if required.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a manufacturing setup.
