**Roles and Responsibility**
- Oversight of day-to-day operations. Tracking attendance of staff and maintain records.
- Assisting with the management of daily operational activities
- Performing administrative tasks, such as making travel arrangements, answering phones, scheduling meetings, etc.
- Managing office supplies and the maintenance of office equipment
- Maintain inventory - Identification of issues that may affect sales, production or delivery of services, and creation of solutions to promptly address problems.
- Coordinate with management to ensure cost forecasting reports are consistently checked and applied.
- Stay up-to-date on project budgets and project spending. Identifying and resolving any problems in the production process
- Examine data to help with reducing costs in all operations.
- To maintain and update the master data records for all assigned projects on regular basis.
- Ensure that administration requirements are adhered to and reports are submitted on time as stipulated.
- Managing supply chain operations for Indian and International vendors to ensure on-time delivery.
- Ensure all the assets are in place and in good working condition for the smooth operations.
- Should have good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
- Proven work experience in managing office operations or similar role
- Good time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or relevant field.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jaipur, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)
