IT Support Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Support**: Provide first-level technical support to hospital staff, including doctors, nurses, administrative teams, and other personnel, for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- **Hardware Maintenance**: Assist in the setup, installation, and maintenance of computers, printers, scanners, and other hardware devices used throughout the hospital.
- **Network Support**: Assist in monitoring and maintaining network infrastructure, including LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity. Help diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate logs and records of support requests, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference and compliance.
- **Backup and Recovery**: Assist with data backup processes, ensuring that all critical data is securely backed up and can be restored when necessary.
- **Security Compliance**: Ensure IT systems are secure and comply with hospital IT policies and health data protection regulations (e.g., HIPAA, data encryption, etc.).

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science**, **Information Technology**, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply, though previous internships or project work in IT support is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
