**Position**:Export Executive

**Working Days**:Monday - Saturday

**Shift Timings**:09:15 AM - 06:30 PM (Shift arrangements must be adaptable based on workload.)

**Location**:Rajkot (On-Site)

**Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Support product registration and compliance for international markets.
- Manage documentation for new targeted countries.
- Ensure website & digital export readiness, including LinkedIn advertisements.
- Drive sales target achievement through proactive strategies.
- Generate new leads, prepare quotations, and follow up for conversions.
- Evaluate and coordinate exhibition participation for business growth.
- Handle post-exhibition leads to maximize outcomes.
- Convert leads into long-term customers through relationship building.
- Oversee new customer onboarding processes.
- Drive cross-selling and up-selling opportunities across product lines.

**Qualifications**
- Strong understanding of export documentation, pricing, and shipping norms.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Digital B2B platform expertise (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia, etc.).
- Proactive follow-up and self-driven attitude.
- Willingness to research new markets and build data-driven strategies.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in International Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B exports or international sales.
- Familiarity with cosmetics/pharma export preferred.
- Proficient in Excel, CRM tools, and international communication platforms.
