**Designer - Electrical**

Rejlers International Engineering Solutions AB operates in Abu Dhabi, UAE and delivers high quality engineering and project services to Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries mainly in UAE and other Arabian Gulf Countries. We are now looking for Designer - Electrical to be a part of Rejlers Team in Offshore/Onshore Oil & Gas Projects in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- To assist Engineers / Design Manager / Discipline Manager for the engineering design of the project.
- Ensure verification of source data, site visit, concept drawings / concepts as required.
- Prepare and finalize the engineering document deliverable register (EDDR) in coordination with all relevant department / discipline, submission date as per Client / Contract requirements.
- Preparation of all Electrical related design deliverables through MS-office, Smart plant tools (SP3D, SPEL), AUTOCAD, NAVIS, Micro-station, PDS, PDMS, Aveva E3D, etc.,
- Review of design document, drawings, etc. issued by various discipline, design subcontractor and ensure Client requirements.
- Review meetings (3 D modelling, plot plan review, Constructability study)
- Proficiency in DiaLux and Cable Sizing software.
- Responsible to ensure approval of all submitted documents and drawings and necessary coordination with Client.
- Overall responsible for inter discipline coordination, submission of necessary design documents/ deliverables and procedures to the Client.
- Page Break Preparation of Material Take Off
- Ensure compliance to Laws and Statutory Regulations, Authority, Health, Safety, Environment and Quality Requirements for the project.
- Responsible to ensure unclear issues are resolved with Client through technical query in coordination with inter discipline leads, managers.
- Coordinate for the preparation of as-built.
- Take responsibility for Quality, Health Safety, Energy and Environmental

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with 14 years minimum Oil & Gas experience.
- Good verbal as well written communication skills, leadership and coordination, analytic and pro-active approach competence in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries.
- Knowledge of industry-specific software, such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other computer-aided design tools.
