The School Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining a positive and productive learning environment by overseeing daily operations, supporting staff, and ensuring that students have the resources and guidance needed to succeed. This position involves collaborating with teachers, administrators, students, and parents to uphold academic standards, manage school programs, and address any issues that arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily school activities to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage student attendance and address any related issues.
- Oversee the implementation of school policies and procedures.
- Provide guidance and support to teachers and other staff members.
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to discuss performance, concerns, and updates.
- Address student behavioral issues and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
- Ensure a safe and respectful school environment for all students.
- Support student counseling and guidance programs.
- Coordinate and oversee extracurricular programs and school events.
- Ensure that academic programs are delivered effectively and meet educational standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of school programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Act as a liaison between the school administration, students, parents, and the community.
- Handle parent and community inquiries and concerns professionally and effectively.
- Maintain clear and open communication
- Prepare and submit reports on school performance, attendance, and other relevant metrics.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records related to student and staff activities.
- Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
- Respond to and manage crises or emergencies involving students, staff, or the school environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Valid teaching certification or administrative credential (as required by state or local regulations).
- Proven experience in educational administration or school management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse groups including students, parents, and staff.
- Proficiency in using educational software and technology.
- Full-time position with regular school hours; additional hours may be required for school events or emergencies.
