**Job Description: Graphic Designer - Packaging**

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Manager - Art Dept

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Convey concepts through quick sketches and CAD visualizations.
- Utilize retail environment awareness and follow specifications and guidelines.
- Design and manage production of printed packaging.
- Deliver placement prints and submit finished artwork.
- Handle yardage and pattern repeats.
- Conduct research and develop new concepts or adapt existing designs.
- Execute brand-compliant packaging graphics, ensuring foreign language translations and adding bar codes.
- Pre-flight formatting and quality control checks.
- Create mock-ups for final presentations.

**Key Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- 2+ years of experience

**Key Skills**:

- Extensive knowledge of Mac and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat).
- Strong understanding of pre-flight artwork development and printing techniques.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deliver high-quality designs with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Experience in packaging design, ensuring brand compliance.
- Adaptable team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask efficiently across projects.
