**Key Responsibilities**
- **Inventory Management**:

- Receive, store, and issue construction materials and tools.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and issues.
- Regularly conduct physical stock verifications to reconcile discrepancies.
- **Material Handling**:

- Ensure proper storage of materials to prevent damage or wastage.
- Label and organize inventory systematically for easy accessibility.
- Monitor material usage and notify procurement teams of low-stock items.
- **Documentation**:

- Prepare and maintain stock ledgers, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Generate and submit inventory reports to the project manager or procurement team.
- **Coordination**:

- Liaise with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Work closely with site supervisors to forecast material requirements.
- **Safety & Compliance**:

- Ensure the store complies with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Follow proper protocols for storing hazardous or perishable items.

**Key Skills and Competencies**
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is a must.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
