**Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate testing estimates during daily scrum calls.
- Document and execute test scenarios by identifying specific scenarios and writing test scripts using Business Driven Development.
- Utilize test automation tools to enable efficient and timely end-to-end test execution, requiring previous experience in automated testing.
- Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Technology groups.
- Identify opportunities to accelerate and synergize testing processes for assigned projects and share the information with other team members for validation prior to implementation.
- Take responsibility for monitoring and reporting testing defects and managing the re-testing process.
- Deputize for the Test Manager as necessary in project calls and communications with relevant colleagues.
- Validate and present test results for internal sign-off.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- Demonstrate relevant functional and regression testing experience within the Asset Services domain.
- You must have 8+ years of experience
- You must hold at least a bachelor's degree or above
- Define requirements, document user stories, and create test scripts through to test execution.
- Solve problems by scoping and structuring complex issues, rapidly learning unfamiliar processes, and providing timely remediation.
- Prevent errors and highlight redundancies/opportunities with excellent attention to detail.
- Use effective systemic data-driven reporting to support program reporting.
- Communicate clearly with team members, colleagues, senior leads, executives, and clients.
- Handle multiple projects and manage personnel and teams to meet stakeholder expectations.
- Build and nurture effective relationships with colleagues, team members, and stakeholders across multiple business lines and global locations.
- Adapt to change and support effective change management within a dynamic environment.
