**Job Secription**

1. Ensure material received is as per material specification.

2. Monitoring finished goods stores and authorized to issue the materials.

3. Tracking semi-finished goods, finished goods, quality samples, packaging material, chemical and engineering spare parts stock levels in the stock register.

4. Ensure the cold room temperature maintained as per given instructions.

5. Ensure the cold room, packing material store and engineering store are cleaned as per schedule and maintained properly.

6. Ensure that First in First out (FIFO) is followed.

07. Coordinating, Planning and Monitoring with Production & Quality department for container stuffing and dispatch.

08. Regular reporting to Factory Manager on related issues / status.

09. Vendor sourcing for Raw Materials

10. Negotiation of the Price. and Payment terms.

11. Purchase of Raw Materials as per Required Specification.

12. Making Purchase Orders.

13. Fallow up the Timely inhouse of the Materials.

14. Transportation Payment fallow up.

15. Vendors Payment Fallow up.

16. Stock inventory.
