- Analyze Incident & collect required additional info
- Check for available solutions, past incidents
- Create a Case Knowledge Base
- Troubleshoot and find a Circumvention
- Test the Circumvention
- Raise CRs as needed, get approvals
- Implement the Circumvention
- Update Knowledge base
- Document and Close Incident
- Develop standard diagnosis methods
- Review & Consolidate case knowledge base
- Make standard diagnosis available
- Design Knowledge Base
- Manage ticket resolution with OEMs if required
- Derive and implement Self Service Methods
- Analyze the circumvention done
- Estimate the effort and communicate
- Make and Test the fix
- Ascertain config and other changes required
- Document the change details
- Raise CRs as needed for implementing the fix, get approvals
- Support Implementation
- Co-ordinate with OEMs for fixes wherever required
- Document component changes list
- Support software configuration management
- Conduct incident analysis
- Find root cause using standard methods
- Co-ordinate with Dev Team for RCA completion
- Document RCA findings, Develop standard RCA methods and register problem
- Support DR Drill and BCP activities
