- **Job Estimation & Booking** - Prepare accurate job cards, estimate repair/service costs, and schedule service appointments.
- **Coordination with Workshop** - Communicate customer concerns to technicians, monitor job progress, and ensure timely completion of service.
- **Service Updates & Delivery** - Keep customers informed about repair status, additional work required, and ensure smooth delivery of serviced vehicles.
- **Customer Satisfaction & Upselling** - Ensure high customer satisfaction, handle complaints effectively, and promote value-added services or accessories.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
