### Job Description: MIS Executive

The MIS Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the company's information systems to ensure they align with business needs. This role involves data analysis, system management, reporting, and providing technical support to various departments. The MIS Executive will collaborate with IT teams, management, and other stakeholders to optimize and enhance the efficiency of information systems.

### **Key Responsibilities**
- **System Management**:

- Maintain and support existing MIS infrastructure, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor and manage system performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Coordinate with the IT department for system updates, upgrades, and maintenance.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:

- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate accurate and timely reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and management reports for different departments.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reports and presentations.
- **Support and Training**:

- Provide technical support to end-users for MIS-related queries and issues.
- Train staff on new systems and updates, ensuring they understand and can utilize MIS tools effectively.
- Create user manuals and training materials for system users.
- **Project Management**:

- Assist in the planning and implementation of new systems or upgrades.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery and implementation of services and products.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and ensure objectives are met.
- **Compliance and Security**:

- Ensure that MIS operations comply with internal policies and external regulations.
- Implement and monitor data security measures to protect sensitive information.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of systems and processes to identify areas for improvement.

### **Qualifications**
- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- 2-3 years of experience in MIS, IT support, data analysis, or a related field.
- Experience with database management, reporting tools, and business intelligence software.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Access, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) like SQL Server, MySQL, or Oracle.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., SAP, Tableau, Power BI).
- **Soft Skills**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

### **Additional Requirements**
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to stay updated with the latest technological trends and advancements.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours if required.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend only

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
