IT Trainer

**About the Position**

**Responsibilities**
- **Training & Facilitation**: Design and deliver AI-focused training programs and workshops tailored to students at educational institutions, from beginner to advanced levels.
- **Curriculum Development**: Create comprehensive training materials covering various AI concepts like machine learning, deep learning, data analysis, and AI ethics.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with college stakeholders, faculty, and student bodies to ensure smooth collaboration and effective training delivery.
- **Conduct Physical and Virtual Sessions**: Deliver training through both in-person workshops and virtual platforms, ensuring engagement and learning effectiveness in both formats.
- **Travel**: Travel to colleges and universities across India to conduct training sessions, workshops, and hands-on learning sessions.
- **Hands-on AI Training**: Lead practical training with AI/ML tools such as Python, TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch, and guide students in building real-world AI solutions.
- **Feedback & Assessment**: Develop assessments to evaluate participant progress and provide feedback to improve learning outcomes.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with CSRBOX's internal team and external partners to develop AI-based solutions in line with the organization’s objectives in education and development.

**Mandatory Qualification and Experience**:

- **Experience**: 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML technologies with a minimum of 2 years in teaching, training, and facilitation.
- **Education**: Degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field; advanced certifications in AI/ML are a plus.
- **Teaching Expertise**: Proven experience in teaching and facilitating AI training for students in colleges or universities.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Ability to effectively communicate and manage relationships with educational institutions, ensuring smooth coordination and impactful training.
- **Technical Skills**: Strong proficiency in AI tools (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), data analysis, and visualization.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel to different parts of India for conducting physical training sessions.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective teaching, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to customize training content to suit various audiences and settings, from physical classrooms to virtual platforms.
- Must have a laptop
- Fluent in English

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹720,000.00 per month
