Graphic Designer

**Position Title**: Graphic Designer

**Job Overview**

The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visual concepts and designs that communicate the company’s message, brand, and marketing goals. This role requires creativity, strong design skills, and a keen understanding of the company’s brand identity. The Graphic Designer will work closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to create compelling visuals for both digital and print media.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Design Creation**
- Translate brand identity into creative and cohesive designs that reflect the company’s values and resonate with the target audience.
- Create infographics, icons, and illustrations as needed for digital and print collateral.

**Branding and Visual Identity**
- Maintain consistency in the company's visual identity across all platforms and marketing materials.
- Ensure adherence to brand guidelines, adjusting designs to meet brand standards while remaining innovative and fresh.
- Assist in the creation or update of company logos, color schemes, typography, and other branding elements.

**Collaboration and Communication**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and content, to understand design needs and deliver creative solutions.
- Work within project deadlines to deliver final designs on time.

**Digital and Print Design**
- Create print materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and other promotional items.
- Optimize designs for different screen sizes, print specifications, and formats.

**Creative Development and Innovation**
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and software to bring fresh and innovative ideas to design projects.
- Experiment with new design techniques and strategies to improve user experience and visual appeal.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and design solutions.

**File Management and Quality Control**
- Organize and maintain a library of design assets, files, and templates.
- Ensure designs are high-quality, error-free, and meet the required technical specifications.
- Prepare files for print or digital publishing, ensuring that all designs are ready for production or distribution.

**Project Management**
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while prioritizing tasks based on deadlines and business needs.
- Coordinate with vendors, printers, or other external partners to ensure successful production of design materials.

**Qualifications**

**Education & Experience**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (minimum of 1-2 years).
- Proficiency with design software such as **Adobe Creative Suite** (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) and familiarity with web design tools.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing is a plus.

**Skills & Competencies**:

- Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Solid understanding of color theory, typography, and design principles.
- Ability to adapt designs for different platforms and formats, including digital, print, and social media.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback and make revisions quickly.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, balancing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UX/UI design is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or web development is beneficial.

**Working Conditions**
- Full-time position, with standard office hours, and occasional overtime depending on project deadlines.
- Office-based with the possibility of remote work.
- The role may require occasional travel for meetings or project-based activities.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
