Job Description: We are offering a Sales and Marketing Internship to Freshers eager to launch their careers in the EdTech space. The focus is on promoting ADEM and its products to schools across TamilNadu, enabling them to enhance their educational offerings through technology.

**Internship Structure**:

- 4-Month Internship in Tamil Nadu, India: o Engage with school principals, administrators, and decision-makers to introduce and promote ADEM and its products and generate leads. o Build relationships with educational institutions and understand their needs. o Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of ADEM in improving school operations. o Collaborate with the sales team to convert schools into customers. o Track and report conversion, engagement levels, and client feedback.
- Top Performers Internship: o The top 5 interns who show consistent results will be selected for a 2-month internship in Dubai, providing global exposure and the opportunity to work on high impact projects.

**Stipend and Compensation**:
**Eligibility Criteria**:
? Freshers with an interest in the EdTech Sector. ? Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. ? Comfortable presenting to school decision-makers and handling objections. ? Self-driven with a passion for learning and delivering results. ? Must have a passport with a minimum validity of one year or be willing to obtain a passport by January 2025.
- Driving Licence 2-wheeler is mandatory, four wheeler is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
