**Detailed JD**
1.Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) API integrations, ensuring smooth collaboration across offshore teams.
2.Collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and development teams to define UAT test scenarios and ensure they align with business requirements, industry standards, and regulatory compliance.
3.Design, review, and ensure comprehensive EFT API test cases, covering transaction validations, edge cases, security, and error handling.
4.Oversee UAT execution, monitor progress, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with offshore teams.
5.Ensure adherence to UAT timelines and quality standards while managing collaboration between offshore teams and onshore stakeholders.
6.Facilitate regular communication with offshore testing teams to track test execution progress, resolve issues, and provide necessary guidance.
7.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to validate test environments, ensuring smooth setup for EFT API testing.
8.Report UAT progress, key findings, risks, and blockers to stakeholders, ensuring the readiness for production deployment.
9.Prepare and maintain UAT documentation, including test plans, test results, defect logs, and post-testing analysis for audit purposes.
10.Conduct risk assessments related to EFT API functionality and escalate critical issues or delays to project leadership.
11.Support post-UAT activities, including root cause analysis, lessons learned, and recommendations for process improvements.
