Position: Medical Coding Trainer

**Job Type**: Full Time

Location: Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for medical coding students, including ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

2. Develop Training Materials: Create training manuals, guides, and presentations that cater to different learning styles and levels of coding knowledge.

4. Provide Feedback and Support: Offer feedback and support to students, addressing their questions and concerns, and providing guidance on medical coding best practices.

5. Stay Updated with Industry Developments: Keep abreast of new developments and updates in medical coding, including changes to coding systems and regulations.

6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with admissions, academic, and career services teams to ensure that training programs align with business objectives and student needs.

**Requirements**:
1. Certified Coding Specialist (CCS) or Certified Professional Coder (CPC) Certification: Hold a valid CCS or CPC certification.

2. Medical Coding Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience in medical coding, including experience with ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems.

3. Training Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in training or teaching medical coding students.

4. Excellent Communication Skills: Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex medical coding concepts in a clear and concise manner.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Morning shift
