**About The Role**:
As our in-house Photographer with a creative edge, you’ll do more than just take great photos—you’ll bring ideas to life. You’ll collaborate with designers, strategists, and content creators to shape visual narratives that connect with our clients’ audiences and drive engagement. Think studio setups, campaign shoots, lifestyle content, and conceptual storytelling—all with a digital-first mindset.

**Note: This Job is not available for Remote Work.**

**What You’ll Do**
- Conceptualize and execute photoshoots for brand campaigns, social content, ads, and product features.
- Direct and style shoots (location, wardrobe, props, lighting, etc.) with a strong creative point of view.
- Select and arrange props to enhance product photography, keeping the aesthetic aligned with the brand's image.
- Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals and brand voice.
- Manage end-to-end production—scouting locations, booking talent, scheduling shoots, editing, and post-processing.
- Provide creative direction on visual storytelling, moodboards, and shot lists.
- Stay on top of photography, design, and digital trends to keep our visual content fresh and relevant.
- Maintain and manage photography equipment, studio space, and digital asset libraries.

**What You Bring**
- 1-3 years of photography experience (agency or brand-side preferred).
- A strong portfolio showcasing both studio and lifestyle work—bonus for commercial, product, and editorial experience.
- A natural eye for composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
- Comfortable juggling multiple projects and working under tight deadlines.

**Must Have**
- **Experience**:Proven experience in product photography, particularly for B2C brands (Skin Care, Perfumes).
- **Creativity**: Ability to conceptualize unique and visually appealing setups, highlighting product details in a creative and marketable way.
- **Attention to Detail**: Must have an excellent eye for detail to ensure consistency and quality in every image.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with e-commerce photography and knowledge of how product images influence customer purchasing decisions.
- Familiarity with studio equipment, lighting setups, and retouching techniques.
- Knowledge of current trends in beauty and skincare photography.

Experience: min 2 years

**Salary range: 25-35k**

**The photographer must possess additional creative skills such as video editing, graphic design, or motion graphics to support diverse visual content creation needs**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
