Canteen Cook

Ø He will receive food articles according to indents from the steward/storekeeper.

Ø He will store cooked for properly till distributions

Ø HE will prepare food as required by dietician and as per menu.

Ø He will distribute food to various wards for further distributions by the ward staff.

Ø He will maintain the cooking appliances in good conditions.

Ø He will supervise the duties of other auxiliaries working in the kitchen and in their training.

Ø He will observe personal hygiene and use the special clothing of aprons provided while performing duties.

Ø He will maintain cleanliness of kitchen and utensils.

Ø He will take safety precautions to prevent fire and injuries to those working in the kichents.

He will perform such other duties as may be assisigned to him on time to time

**Salary**: From ₹12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Pathankot bypass, Jalandhar - 140012, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
