**Job Description: PhD Law Faculty**

**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Mentor, supervise, and counsel students, including research scholars, to ensure academic excellence.
- Contribute to curriculum development, research initiatives, and academic publications.
- Design and review study material, assignments, and assessments.
- Coordinate with university staff and Aimlay Pvt. Ltd. for seamless academic and operational processes.
- Manage **operations and administrative coordination** at the university campus.
- Act as a liaison between students, faculty, and Aimlay’s management.
- Support in organizing academic events, seminars, workshops, and student activities.
- Ensure compliance with institutional, academic, and regulatory policies.

**Requirements**:

- PhD in Law from a recognized institution (mandatory).
- Prior teaching/academic experience in Law at university level preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal frameworks, case laws, and academic pedagogy.
- Research and publication experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and academic tools.
