JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Operations Executive

Brief Job Description:

- Manage Inventory, supplies, stocks, and place orders.
- Search and Develop New Vendors for consumables.
- Record and handle all incoming and outgoing orders.
- Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies.
- Monitor and note the use of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate and arrange the repair and maintenance of equipment.
- Coordinate order processing, delivery, and returns of customer orders.
- Monitor and maintain the proper functioning of the website.
- Observe the sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities over digital platforms.
- Manage and enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Partner with relevant internal functions to fulfill customers' orders.

Educational Qualification:

- Commerce Graduate with good command of English
- Basic Knowledge of Web Development.

Work Experience and Skills required:

- Excellent at all aspects of the English language, especially English speaking & listening skills

are a must.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- E-commerce operation knowledge
- Customer Service oriented
- Committed to hard work and continual learning.
- Effective verbal and listening.
- Communications skills.
- Time management skills.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
