**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database.
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally over the phone.
- Handle inbound inquiries and follow up with leads.
- Schedule appointments for field sales if needed.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for closures and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal communication skills in (English and Hindi).
- Confidence and ability to convince customers.
- Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling.
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).
- Prior experience in telecalling or sales is a plus.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, etc.).
