We are seeking passionate and dedicated **Pre - Primary School Teachers** to join our team in an eco-friendly quaint campus situated at our **Vazhuthacaud** Centre.

We aim to encourage children to develop an awareness of their own unique skills so that they leave as young adults with a strong sense of self, a belief in their abilities and a mutual respect for each other’s qualities and the world around them.
- **Qualifications**_

**Graduation** / **Post Graduation** in any discipline with Certification in **Pre Primary Teacher Training/ Early Childhood / Montessori Training**
- **Skils**_.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
- **Work Experience**_
- 1 year (required)
- **Responsibilities**_
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and lessons that promote children's physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel safe, valued, and respected.
- Observe and assess children's progress, and provide feedback to parents and colleagues as needed.
- Collaborate with parents and other staff members to support each child's individual needs and create a strong home-school connection.
- Maintain accurate records of children's attendance, progress, and developmental milestones.
- Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in the classroom at all times.
