**Marketing & Operation Interns** | Work from Office |

We are looking for enthusiastic marketing and operation interns who are proactive and highly motivated, willing to roll up their sleeves and get the job done. In addition to being an excellent communicator, you should have excellent multitasking and organizational abilities. You will be part of our upcoming product launch and hence, this internship will give you exposure to different aspects of product marketing and make you prepared to enter any fast-paced work environment.

**Responsibilities**
- Performing market analysis and research on the latest trends.
- Researching and evaluating competitor marketing and digital content.
- Executing client acquisition, client experience and operational tasks in the launch of the product
- Helping with the planning and hosting of marketing events and sales reach-outs
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders for the successful execution of the different phases of product launch
- Testing and building more channels for client acquisition and evaluating the effectiveness
- Collecting feedback in the form of focussed interviews, group interviews, survey forms, etc. from the end-users
- Building insights and actionable specifications for the product development and the next phase of the launches
- Work analytics for customer segmentation

**Requirement**
- Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a passion for marketing.
- Outstanding multitasking abilities.
- Hands-on with MS Excel
- Experience in organizing events, designing posters, and/or managing websites (preferred)
- Must have Laptop

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
