Pre-primary Teacher

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver age-appropriate lessons using innovative and interactive teaching methods.
- Plan and execute daily activities that promote the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development of children.
- Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment.
- Monitor and assess student progress and maintain individual student records.
- Maintain open and regular communication with parents.
- Ensure classroom discipline and safety at all times.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to promote holistic development.
- Follow the curriculum framework set by the school and contribute to its enhancement.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Graduate (preferably in Education/Child Development) with a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Montessori Training.
- Minimum 1-3 years of teaching experience in a reputed pre-primary school.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Patient, creative, and energetic with a love for working with children.

Preferred Attributes:

- Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with play-way and activity-based teaching methods.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to integrate digital tools in the classroom.
- A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Remuneration: Attractive and based on experience and qualifications.

Pay: ₹8,863.75 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
