Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Management

Develop, plan, and schedule engaging, creative, and innovative social media posts across all platforms.

Collaborate with the design team to produce high-quality visuals, videos, and graphics.

Write compelling captions and maintain a consistent brand voice.

Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote products, events, and services.

Optimize campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.

Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and customer inquiries.

Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to build relationships with the audience.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.

Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve strategies.

Market Research:
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor strategies, and social media platform updates.

Identify new opportunities to enhance the company’s online presence.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Marketing Executive or similar role.

Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.

Familiarity with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Creativity and ability to think out-of-the-box for engaging campaigns.

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator) is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Experience in running paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads.

Understanding of SEO and content marketing principles.
