Wood is hiring for Subject Matter Expert
- Billing for Finance Shared Service, Gurgaon.
- Ensure timely processing of day-to-day work in accordance with team policies, maintaining the quality of deliverables with a high level of attention to detail.
- Develop end-to-end process knowledge and the ability to handle work under pressure.
- Serve as the first point of contact for process query resolutions.
- Review monthly processes and investigate any significant variances.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to reduce Time to Bill (TTB) & DSO.
- Lead business transitions and ensure their successful completion.
- Drive process improvements within the team.
- Prepare reporting activities, including Dashboards and unbilled reports.
- Oversee credit control activities and collaborate with business & customers to address credit-related issues and ensure timely collections from customers.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and process documents.
- Assist in audit operations and implement audit recommendations.
- Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by stakeholders.
- Graduate (Preferably Commerce)
- Minimum 24 months of work experience in Wood
- Must have completed 18 months in current role as of today
- Should not be on PIP in the last one year
- Submitted at least 1 process improvement idea within last 12 months
- Should be well familiar with the billing process and overall O2C cycle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
